Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

2. Data collected through the contact form

Through the contact form we collect: full name, email address, optional company, sector of interest and message text. Data is provided voluntarily by the user. The site has no registration or reserved areas and does not actively collect any other personal data.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed solely to respond to requests sent via the contact form. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b GDPR) and explicit consent (art. 6, par. 1, lett. a GDPR).

4. Retention

Data is retained for the time needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless otherwise required by law.

5. Disclosure to third parties

Data sent via the contact form is not sold, transferred or disclosed to third parties, except where required by law. Only authorized professionals and collaborators of the controller may access it. The technical transfers described in section 7, essential for displaying the pages, remain unaffected.

6. Cookies and technical storage

This site does not use profiling cookies or analytics/tracking tools. Only technical storage required for operation is used: the choice made in the cookie banner is saved in the user’s browser (local storage) and, in the bilingual version of the site, a technical cookie remembers the selected language (maximum duration 1 year). These tools do not require consent under current regulations.

7. Embedded content and external resources

To display some parts of the site, the browser downloads resources from external services which technically receive the IP address and browser information: the interactive map of the operational headquarters (Google Maps, provided by Google Ireland Limited — policy: policies.google.com/privacy), the typefaces (Google Fonts, Google Ireland Limited) and some photographic images (Unsplash). Such content is embedded for display purposes only; the processing of data by these providers is governed by their respective privacy policies.

8. Data subject rights

Under articles 15–22 of the GDPR (EU Reg. 2016/679) you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to info@greenplan.tech. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
